Contact SoakedHome
If water is moving right now, call. (631) 440-4144
If there is a risk to life, an electrical hazard in standing water, a gas smell, or a structural collapse risk, call 911 first. We are not an emergency service and we are not a substitute for one. If an evacuation has been ordered for your zone, follow it.
How to reach us
Call (631) 440-4144 and tell us what is happening and roughly where. We pass it to a local specialist who covers that area, and they contact you directly with availability and their own pricing.
There is no contact form here on purpose. During a water emergency a call reaches someone faster than a form does, and it means we are not holding your details waiting for a reply.
What to have ready when you call
Any of these you already know will make the match faster and more accurate:
- Where the water is — basement, ceiling, yard, or a specific fixture.
- Whether it is still running. If it is, and you can reach the main shutoff, close it before you call.
- Whether it followed rain. Rain-linked problems point somewhere different from ones that happen in dry weather.
- Whether your property is on a sewer or a cesspool, if you know. It decides which trade you need, and your area page shows what is typical there.
- Roughly when it started. Materials that have been wet more than a day or two are treated differently.
If you do not know any of it, call anyway. The specialist will work it out.
Where we cover
155 areas across Suffolk County, NY — the full list, with the measured data for each and the handful of places we deliberately do not cover.
We are a connection service, not a contractor. We do not carry out the work ourselves, we have no premises in the areas we cover, and we do not add any charge on top of what the specialist quotes you. We are paid a referral fee by the specialist we connect you to, which is how the site is funded — see how we are paid.
Reporting a problem with our data
If a figure on one of our area pages is wrong, tell us — particularly if you have a source. Corrections are made against the underlying data and republished, not patched on a single page. How we measure this data explains where each figure comes from.
